Enza Home Australia Warranty Policy


At Enza Home Australia, we take pride in offering high-quality, stylish, and durable furniture. Our products are designed with premium materials and expert craftsmanship, ensuring long-lasting performance.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects and is in addition to the rights and remedies provided under the Australian Consumer Law.

Warranty Coverage



Structural Frames (Sofas, Armchairs, Beds, Dining Chairs, and Selected Items)

  • Covered for 2 years against manufacturing defects.

Cushions & Foam

  • Covered for 2 years for defects in material and workmanship.
  • Normal softening and wear over time are excluded.

Fabric & Leather Upholstery

  • Covered for 2 years for material defects (excluding wear and tear, stains, or damage caused by external factors).

Recliner & Motion Mechanisms (including Electrical Components)

  • Covered for 2 years against defects in materials and manufacturing.
  • Batteries and transformers are covered for 1 year.

Timber, Glass, and Metal Components

  • Covered for 2 years against structural defects and workmanship issues.

Outdoor Furniture

  • Covered for 2 years, provided it has been used and maintained according to care guidelines.

Warranty Exclusions



This warranty does not cover:

❌ Normal wear and tear, including natural fading, creasing, or softening of materials.

❌ Scratches, dents, or damage caused by improper use, negligence, or accidents.

❌ Damage from spills, heat, humidity, or exposure to extreme environmental conditions.

❌ Variations in natural materials such as leather, wood grain, or marble veining.

❌ Damage due to improper cleaning, harsh chemicals, or failure to follow care instructions.

❌ Products used for commercial, rental, or non-residential purposes.

❌ Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or misuse of components.

Returns & Exchanges



You can request a return within 14 days from the delivery date.

Return Conditions:

✔️ The item must be unused, uninstalled, and undamaged.

✔️ It must be returned in its original box with the invoice.

✔️ Roll-pack bed products cannot be returned if the package has been opened and the product has regained its shape.

How to Initiate a Return:

1️⃣ Contact Enza Home Australia Customer Support within 14 days of delivery.

2️⃣ Provide your order details and reason for return.

3️⃣ Ensure the item is properly repacked to prevent damage during return shipping.

4️⃣ Once the return is approved, follow the return shipping instructions provided.

🚛 Return Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

📌 Refunds or exchanges will be processed after inspection of the returned item

Making a Warranty Claim



To lodge a warranty claim:

1️⃣ Cease using the product immediately after noticing an issue.

2️⃣ Contact Enza Home Australia within 7 days of identifying the defect.

3️⃣ Provide a proof of purchase (sales order or tax invoice).

4️⃣ Submit clear photos of the issue to assist in assessment.

🚛 Claim Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for any transport and labor costs associated with a claim.
  • If a claim is approved, Enza Home Australia may repair, replace, or refund the product at its discretion.

Care & Maintenance



To ensure your furniture lasts for years:

✔️ Follow the Enza Home Care Guide for cleaning and maintenance.

✔️ Keep furniture away from direct sunlight, extreme heat, and moisture.

✔️ Use coasters, placemats, and furniture protectors to prevent damage.


Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law



Our warranty is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

💡 Customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

💡 If a product is not of acceptable quality, customers are entitled to have it repaired or replaced, unless the failure is considered minor.
