Enza Home Terms & Conditions



General Terms

  • All product details provided on our website are for general reference only and may be subject to updates or changes without prior notice.
  • Dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly due to the nature of production.
  • Visual representations of products (e.g., images, videos) are for illustrative purposes only. Variations in colour, texture, and appearance may occur between screen displays and actual products. Viewing a physical sample before purchase is strongly recommended.

Pricing

  • All prices displayed include GST.
  • Delivery charges are calculated separately and must be paid directly to the delivery service provider unless otherwise specified.
  • Enza Home reserves the right to reject any orders placed online if errors in pricing or availability are identified.

Payment Terms

  • Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and BPAY for online and in-store purchases.
  • All payments made online or via credit card in-store will incur a small surcharge to cover transaction fees.
  • At least 35% of the total order value must be paid as a deposit at the time of purchase.
  • Orders placed using fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods will be void, and the matter may be reported to authorities.

Order Adjustments & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or cancelled within two (2) calendar days of placement. A $50 cancellation fee applies.
  • No changes or cancellations are permitted beyond this two-day window. Orders cancelled after this period will forfeit any deposit paid.

Delivery & Collection

Delivery

  • Delivery appointments must be scheduled in advance. A delivery timeframe will be provided, but exact times cannot be guaranteed.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure there is sufficient access for delivery. If items cannot be delivered due to access issues, additional fees may apply for redelivery or disassembly/reassembly.
  • All deliveries must be inspected upon arrival. Any damage or defects must be reported immediately before signing the delivery receipt.

Collection

  • Orders collected from our distribution centres must be inspected thoroughly before leaving the premises. Once collected, claims for damage cannot be accepted.
  • Payment must be finalised at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled collection time.

Product Warranty

  • Enza Home products are covered by warranties against manufacturing defects as required by Australian Consumer Law.
  • Warranty periods and coverage vary by product category and are specified in the accompanying documentation.
  • Natural wear and tear, including fading, softening of cushioning, or minor changes in appearance over time, is not considered a defect.

Consumer Rights

  • Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to:
    • A refund or replacement for products with major defects.
    • Repairs or remedies for minor defects.
    • Compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss resulting from product defects.

Caring for Your Furniture

  • To maintain the quality and longevity of your Enza Home products:
    • Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this may cause fading or warping.
    • Use appropriate cleaning methods as specified in the care guide provided with your product.
    • Protective covers or coasters should be used on tabletops and glass surfaces to prevent heat or liquid damage.

Promotions & Discounts

  • Promotional offers are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined with other discounts or loyalty rewards unless explicitly stated.
  • Membership program benefits apply exclusively to registered members.

Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, Enza Home is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from delays, non-performance, or product misuse.
  • Delivery delays due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, transportation issues) do not constitute grounds for cancellation or compensation.

Force Majeure

  • Enza Home is not liable for any failure to fulfill orders due to events beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other force majeure circumstances.
